St Andrews Fairtrade Town Campaign

As part of the Take a Step campaign try our competition trail around St Andrews during this Fairtrade Fortnight.

On Saturday 10th March we will have a Fairtrade producer in St Andrews to give a talk. Abu Kamal is a Palestian olive farmer from the Zaytoun olive oil co-operative. He will be here with Manal Abdallah, communications manager for the Canaan Fair Trade organisation. We are hosting this event along with the St Andrews University Fairtrade Group. The talk will be in Venue 2 of the Students Union in St Marys Place at 2.30. Abu and Manal will then go on to Cupar to give a talk later in the afternoon.

The Fife Fair Trade Forum is having a walk and picnic on West Lomond on Saturday 3rd March, meeting at 11am. Bring some Fairtrade coffee and goodies to share with friends. All welcome, but 16s and under MUST be accompanied by an adult.
