1. Matters Arising from last Meeting
None.
2. Anniversary Event, Saturday 27 November 2010, St Leonards Church Hall
Currently around 40 intend to come, so a few more can be invited: MR to send amended invitation to committee members to use.
All to bring tea towels, 2 or 3 small vases of flowers and a camera.
MP will have the hall key.
MP will collate and set up the slide show (Powerpoint).
MR to contact Stephanie Cymber, Scottish Government International Developmnet Team, to check details of talk. AC will give a brief introduction.
AC to bring our banner.
AC to spend £70-80 on crisps/nibbles; fruit juice and Schloer, milk, coffee, napkins; and refreshments for the band. As much as possible to be bought at the Cupar Co-op supermerket.
PR/MR to bring sugar.
MR to write piece afterwards for Courier and Citizen.
3. Fairtrade Fortnight 28 February - 13 March 2011
Morrisons had agreed to let us have a Fairtrade stall in the supermarket on Saturday 5 March 2011.
MR to contact possible helpers for rota, early next year.
AC to ask university contacts for any information about a Fairtrade visitor/speaker.
PR and MP to produce an up-to-date Finder for use in FT Fortnight.
4. The Website
MP outlined 3 problems which are currently being addressed.
The website is to be launched as soon as possible.
MP to forward to PR an invoice for the use of the server.
5. AOB
Students' Green Week is taking place in town next week: AC had a list of various events happening.
The St Andrews Blog can be contributed to by anyone.
MR to draft and circulate a short article for St Andrews in Focus by end of January 2011.
