AOB

Declaration venue

Bruce had spoken to Ken Crichton about sharing the Community Council's booking of the Victory Memorial Hall as the venue for our declaration during the St Andrews Festival (sic, no longer St Andrews Week), 24 - 30 Nov. Marie to write to Ken and to Joe Peterson to pursue this. It would be helpful to have a fallback position if this does not work out. Hope Park Church Hall was mentioned as a possibility - Audrey to be consulted.

Declaration application

Alice to complete the application form requesting that St Andrews be given Fairtrade status on the basis of our achievements so far.

Next meeting

Tuesday 5th July 2005, 7·30, Marie and Peter's house. Alice to provide a lift to anyone needing it.
